Eric Gabriel Jenn-Judgges

Executive Director

As the Executive Director of Road Safety Action International (RSAI), Eric Gabriel Jenn-Judgges is an engineer and sustainable transport specialist with strong entrepreneurial grit, and the Founder and Executive Director of Road Safety Action International (RSAI), with operations in Liberia, Sierra Leone, and The Gambia. He has led RSAI’s evolution into a results-driven social enterprise advancing road safety, sustainable mobility, and infrastructure governance across West Africa. Working closely with national ministries, development finance institutions, and regional partners, he has delivered high-impact initiatives in road safety audits, corridor assessments, driver training systems, policy reform, and road maintenance financing. A systems thinker and institution builder, Eric approaches transport challenges through integrated technical, financial, and governance lenses. He has led corridor-level assessments along the Trans-African Highway (TAH-7) and designed national capacity-building programs for drivers, auditors, and transport operators. His work blends field investigation, data systems development, and policy advisory support to strengthen transport ecosystems. He is committed to building technically sound, financially sustainable institutions that deliver measurable safety and economic impact.

Emmanuel Jallah

National Coordinator for Data Insight (NCDI)

Emmanuel Jallah is a road safety professional with strong expertise in road safety audits, traffic data systems, and evidence-based transport planning in Liberia and the Mano River Union region. He holds a BSc Degree in Civil Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) from Stella Maris Polytechnic University, Liberia and currently serves as Project Officer at Road Safety Action International (RSAI), where he leads and coordinates four flagship initiatives: Technical & Road Safety Audit and Inspection, Traffic Count Project, Crash Data Systems & Safety Performance Indicators for Power Two- and Three-Wheelers (PTW Focus), and the Mano River Union Road Assessment Project (ManoRAP). In this role, he provides technical oversight, supports field implementation, manages stakeholder coordination, and contributes to data-driven safety recommendations that inform policy and infrastructure interventions. As a published author, Emmanuel brings hands-on experience in road safety data collection, crash analysis, vulnerable road user safety, and capacity building, with a strong commitment to advancing safe, inclusive, and sustainable mobility across Liberia and the sub-region.
