Eric Gabriel Jenn-Judgges

Executive Director

As the Executive Director of Road Safety Action International (RSAI), Eric Gabriel Jenn-Judgges work is to develop a full strategy for implementation of road safety programs and projects that improve road safety across Liberia. His passion for social change and impacts it creates is the driving force for the work he does at RSAI. Eric is a transport specialist, a geotechnical engineer, and an infrastructure policy practitioner. His works cover efficient transport system design and management, transport institutional reform, traffic optimization, transport economics and preparation of broader infrastructure strategies. Eric has worked extensively in both the public and private sector and across the continent. Eric holds a MSc in Road Management and Engineering from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom, a MEng in Geotechnical Engineering and a BSc in Civil Engineering.

Patience Saylee

Deputy Director/ Finance and Administration (DF/A)

Patience Jehlue Saylee works as the Deputy Director for Finance and Administration at Road Safety Action international. She is responsible for the managemnt of Finance and Administration. Patience is a certified Road Safety Trainer and practitioner. She received professional road safety training and certification from the World Bank's Open Learning Campus and from RSAI internal capacity building Road Safety Training Programs. Patience use her passion for teaching to educated children about road safety. She helps children understands the road environment and the necesary safety behavior when in proxamitity to the road. Ms. Saylee is a 2023 prospective civil engineering graduate of the Stella Maris Polytechnic University and posess a year of experience in environmental and social safe guard in the infrastructure sector.

Wrochelle C. Cooper

Deputy Director/ Road Safety Awareness & Education (DRSA)

Wrochelle is the Deputy Director for Road Safety Awareness and Education at Road Safety Action International. Her work at RSAI is to redefine and restructure road safety awareness and education in ways that are easily understandable and practical for both adults and children. Wrochelle is creating content for road safety in the modern era using technology and social media.
She is a civil engineering Intern at CEMMATS Group Liberia Limited. She has a strong interest in transportation engineering, the environment, and social change.
Wrochelle has made a mark in the creative industry with her freelance work in videography, Creative directing, Content creation, Community management, Dance choreography, etc.

Benedict Dargbeh

Deputy for Road Safety Advocacy and Policy (DRSAP)

Benedict Wonder Dargbeh a safety advocate and leader who is passionate about transportation and its benefits, but is keen on addressing its negative impacts, which road fatilities and injuries have turned out to be one alarming negative impact of road transport. He is a certificated road safety practitioner and works at Road Safety Action International (RSAI) to prepare intuitive research and policies, advocate for road accidents victims, and develop national and international engagement strategies for road safety.

Emmanuel Jallah

Deputy for Road Safety Data Collection (DRSDC)

Emmanuel Jallah is the Deputy Director for Data Collection at Road Safety Action International. His work is to collect information that are relevant for road safety improvements. His department works closely with multi-laterial development entitieis such as the World Bank, African Deveopment Bank and international NGOs such as the World Health Organization (WHO) etc. He is responsible for collecting sensitive road data, such as pedestrian risk data, which highlights the different levels of risk pedestrians are faced with when using urban roads. He holds an Associate of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Stella Maris Polytechnic.
