About the project
RSAI is delivering monitoring and evaluation data collection for the paving of the Kelipo–John Davis Town road under the Mano River Union Road Development and Transport Facilitation Programme, Phase III.
The assignment establishes an evidence base for tracking transport access, household welfare, local economic activity and institutional outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. It also supports communication with communities along the corridor.
Scope of work
- Survey design, sampling, enumerator training and field supervision.
- Classified traffic counts and roadside origin–destination interviews.
- Household, business, market and road-user surveys.
- Key informant interviews, focus groups, data validation and analysis.

Lead implementing organization.
Project partners
ADA Consultants / Ministry of Public Works / African Development Bank.
Documented outputs and progress
- Baseline fieldwork and transport and socioeconomic data collection form part of the current assignment.
- Baseline, midterm and final evaluation reports are deliverables across the assignment lifecycle.
- Validated datasets and indicators will support performance monitoring and adaptive project management.
The assignment is ongoing. Midterm and endline deliverables are not presented as completed.
