About the project
RSAI’s Capacity Development in the Transport Sector portfolio connects West African institutions with international training and research partners.
The programme supports senior, mid-level and junior professionals through specialist training, structured exchange and academic learning.
Scope of work
- Identify institutional training needs and coordinate participation.
- Support road safety audit credentialing through IRF Global.
- Facilitate research exchange and sustainable mobility learning.
- Connect country-data initiatives with international practice.

Documented outputs and progress
- Nine officials from four Liberian institutions credentialed in road safety audit through IRF Global.
- Three Liberian officials participated in structured exchange at Texas A&M Transportation Institute.
- Two participants completed the EIT Sustainable Mobility Master Programme.
