About the project
The Oxford–RSAI West Africa Transport Leadership Programme connects senior officials with executive learning anchored in Oxford Transport Studies Unit’s Global Challenges in Transport programme.
The programme is designed to strengthen leadership and institutional capability across three West African countries.
Scope of work
- Coordinate participation from Liberia, Sierra Leone and The Gambia.
- Connect institutional priorities with executive transport learning.
- Support professional exchange among participating leaders.
- Build a continuing regional capacity-development pathway.
