About the project
RSAI supported the reorganisation and revitalisation of Liberia’s National Road Safety Working Group to improve how institutions coordinate action.
The work clarified responsibilities and created practical arrangements for consultation, follow-up and national road safety strategy delivery.
Scope of work
- Assess gaps in the previous working-group structure.
- Revise terms of reference and clarify institutional roles.
- Facilitate validation and stakeholder onboarding.
- Develop an operational roadmap and meeting calendar.
